The Full Attic Welcome to The Full Attic. We have been doing business through eBay since 2000, after listening to customer feedback we have decided to expand the business to offer you what you want, when you want it!
The Full Attic sells designer new and gently used kids clothing. We have labeled each item with either a New for new, EUC for excellent used condition or GUC for good used condition. We are a Reuse, Reduce, Recycle company and try to minimize shipping materials at mailing.
Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act Guidelines -Your child's safety is a concern to us. We are aware of the changes and check out the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's website frequently to see if any items have been recalled by the manufacturer.

How do I place an order? Ordering at The Full Attic store is easy and fun! From the product page, simply select the item you would like and the quantity and click "Add to Cart". Once you are finished shopping, click on the "Checkout" link at the top of the page and follow the instructions to checkout. How do I find what I'm looking for?If you know the product you're looking for simply enter the description into the search box on the main page. If you are looking for a specific collection just enter the collection name into the search box and voila! You can also browse items by product category. Or you can use our Advance Search page for a more defined search.
How do I pay for my order?For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover) through Paypal, and echecks. You can also mail in a check or money order (United States Postal Service or Western Union only). Please be advised that orders paid by check or money order will not ship until payment clears (from 5-10 days depending on bank). You will receive the mailing address once you checkout. Your check must be received within 14 days of your order.
What are the benefits of creating My Account online?Personalize your shopping experience at The Full Attic by completing an account online. To complete, go to the "Login" button at the top of the page. It only takes a few minutes and you can edit, view or delete your account at any time. The information under My Account is strictly confidential. Once you create an account we will email you with coupons and store promotions.
Is my credit card secure?The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. We have chosen to use PayPal for our credit card transactions given their excellent track record and their use of SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. SSL encryption is a method by which information is encrypted while being transmitted over the Internet.
The protection of your personal information is important to The Full Attic, and as a result, we do not accept orders via email.
How quickly will my order be processed?All domestic orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after order processing depending on your address. If you need your order ASAP please email us and let us know. Express delivery is available for an additional charge (please email us for rate).
Do you ship outside the United States? We ship internationally! Please visit USPS.com for a approximate shipping quote. All international shipping charges depend on weight of items. Please be advised that International orders take 7 days to process.
How is my order shipped? We ship ALL orders USPS (United States Postal Service). If your order exceeds 8 pounds then it will be mailed UPS (United Postal Service) Ground in the continental US.
How much for shipping? We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. For all other orders we offer a flat shipping rate of $6.00 in the continental US. Please visit USPS.com for an approximate international shipping rate.All orders include delivery confirmation.
How much for shipping internationally? Visit USPS.com for an approximate quote. Actual shipping depends on weight of items for international orders. When checking out go ahead and pay the $6 shipping and I will send you a PayPal invoice for the exact shipping, minus the $6.
Do you accept returns? Yes we do! If an item does not meet your expectations just mail the item back to us and we will issue a refund in the same way you paid for the item. Just email us and let us know that the item it’s on its way. Please insure the item; we are not responsible for lost or missing items.
